A Consumer's Lament
If a coin-operated washing machine can tell the difference between a Canadian quarter and an American1 one, then why can't the bank where I obtain my rolls of quarters do the same?

That would be a United States of America one (Mexico is the United States of too.. though I guess they have Pesos not dollars and cents).
